Pat joined Benefit Management in February of 2011.  Pat graduated from the University of Nebraska- Kearneyin 1995 with degrees in Business Administration and Economics.  He brings 13 years of experience working with employers and employee benefits. 

Pat works closely with business owners and Human Resource directors to create tailored benefit plans that help businesses achieve their long-term employee benefit goals.  He strives to help businesses enhance their current coverage’s, satisfy the employees and educate employees on the value of the benefits their employer provides.
