Jennifer Olberding
Group Client Services Representative
Jennifer Olberding joined the Benefit Management team in September 2008 after moving from Ord, NE where she worked for 4 years as an Administrative Assistant for the Long-Term Care Administrator at Valley County Health Systems. She has a great understanding of customer service and will use that knowledge to service Benefit Management’s group policy holders during the renewal process, tracking of claims, updating benefits and a vast array of other services. Andrea Piening
Sales/Marketing Representative
Andrea joined the Benefit Management team in June 2008, providing sales support for individual clients. Andrea came to us from Doane College where she worked for 3 years as an Admissions Representative. Andrea works in the areas of sales and marketing, as well as managing other administrative and customer service issues. Andrea specifically handles individual policyholder needs, preparing reports, and processing new business.
